Zero Waste Design
This was a collaborative concept board created by me and my BIFT partner Ciel.
We focused on protective garments like firefighter uniforms and medical scrubs.
Concept Board

Shape Development
Taking inspiration from firefighter bunker gear, I focused on the overalls of the uniform and experimented digitally with draping.
I used the 3D programme Clo3D to drape and alter the patterns quickly.

Detail Development
After drafting the main dungaree pattern I Experimented with the offcuts produced.
These pieces were turned into patch pockets and decorative patches.

My final lineup was supposed to be created from 100% Hemp and Satin.
These fabrics were chosen for their sustainable production methods and hard wearing nature.

Final Garments
This is a collection of the garments included in the lineup.
Each board includes a CAD illustration, pattern outline and illustration of the complete look.

Clo3D Lineup
I also designed my collection in the programme Clo3D, giving the viewer a better idea of how the fabric would hang on the body.

Final Photoshoot
As I was in lockdown during the creation of this collection, my final garment was modelled by my father and crafted out of Calico instead of final fabric.
